Permanent Sisterlocks become your hair. They can be worn for years and are removed only by careful unravelling or cutting. Temporary Sisterlocks are attached to your natural hair and taken down cleanly after a few weeks.
Cost and time
A permanent install is a bigger single investment and takes far longer in the chair, but the ongoing cost is only retightening. Temporary locs cost less per install and are much faster to fit, but the cost repeats each time you refit them.
Look and length
Temporary locs give you full length and volume on day one. Permanent locs start at your current length and grow with you, which many clients prefer because nothing is added.
